On the journey, she survives the Chang family massacre and saves the poisoned boy Chang Ning. At Qingque, Cai Zhao grows suspicious of Chang Ning’s strange behavior. Though respected due to her aunt’s legacy, she repeatedly clashes with the sect leader’s spoiled daughter Qi Ling Bo, while her skills attract Song Yu Zhi’s attention.
