While Pelin's statement that she knows about the disease surprises Seyran, this development leads to cooperation between the two. Deciding to become stronger to protect his loved ones, Ferit receives advice from his biggest supporter, Kont Ziya, on this difficult path. While Ferit is transformed into a completely different person by Kont Ziya, Seyran does not like this change in his behavior and attitudes and finds the solution by informing Halis Aga. However, this move brings Kont Ziya and Halis Aga face to face. Realizing that it is time to put an end to this bad trend, Halis Aga puts into action a bigger plan than anyone could have predicted to punish those who upset the Korhan family. While the real surprise that Halis Aga saved for the end leaves everyone in shock, Seyran is on the fine line between death and life.
